2021-2022 Key Club Membership Form
Required form to become a member of EHT Key Club. You must hand in this form to attend Fall Rally! As a member of Key Club, you will be required to pay the $15 membership dues once we are back in school.
T-Shirt Order Form 2021-2022
To order a t-shirt, complete this order form and hand in the t-shirt money to any officer or advisor. This is required to go to events such as Fall Rally.
